1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ad Audit Tool ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Service is operated by Animus Digital LLC, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Services

The Ad Audit Tool provides automated advertising and website analysis, including but not limited to:

Website and landing page analysis
Facebook Ad Library data review
AI-generated audit reports and recommendations

The Service uses automated analysis, third-party data sources, and AI-generated content (via Anthropic's Claude API) to produce reports.

3. No Guarantees of Results

All reports, scores, grades, and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. The Service does not guarantee:

Increased website traffic, conversions, or revenue
Improved ad performance or return on ad spend
Achievement of any specific business outcome
Accuracy or completeness of third-party data
Legal or regulatory compliance of suggested copy, creative, or strategy

4. Ad Creative & Strategy Disclaimer

All ad creative suggestions, copy recommendations, and strategy insights provided by the Service are creative starting points only. It is the sole responsibility of the user/business to:

Assess the value, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of any suggestions for their specific industry
Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies (Meta, Google, etc.)
Verify compliance with FTC endorsement guidelines, truth-in-advertising laws, and anti-deceptive practices regulations

Industries with specific advertising regulations — including healthcare, finance, legal, real estate, insurance, dietary supplements, and cannabis — must consult qualified legal counsel before implementing any suggestions. Animus Digital does not provide legal advice and cannot be held liable for the use of any suggestions without proper legal review and compliance verification.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code associated with the Service are owned by Animus Digital LLC. Report outputs are licensed for the user's own business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or white-labeled without written permission.

6. User Data & Submissions

By using the Service, you grant Animus Digital permission to:

Analyze publicly available data from your website and ad accounts
Store submission data (name, email, website URL, etc.)
Send transactional emails related to your audit report
Send follow-up marketing communications (you may unsubscribe at any time)

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Animus Digital LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount paid (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Animus Digital LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Facebook Ad Library, Anthropic (Claude), and others. Animus Digital is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data practices of these third-party services.

10. Modifications

Animus Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
